Stemming from a decision made over ten years ago to enter into the CtP market. The purchase of our Agfa Xcalibur VLF 70 has been a secure and reliable advancement to help Image Four’s greater goal to better serve you, our customer. Capable of outputting the highest in screen resolutions, our Xcalibur undergoes a routine maintenance schedule to ensure you that your plate qualities are second to none. We currently image Agfa’s P970 Thermostar plates that are processed, baked, and treated for maximum durability. The Xcalibur can accommodate a wide range of plate sizes and gauges. With a minimum plate size of 29”x20” and a maximum plate size of 70”x55” the gauges can range from 8 thousandths of an inch to 20 thousandths of an inch.
